How can I make a large deposit?

If you would like to request an EFT deposit of more than a certain allowed amount, we’d be happy to find a way to accommodate you.

Typically, for one-time deposit amounts that are larger than CAD $30K at a time, you can request to:

1. Complete a wire transfer from your relinquishing institution; or,
2. Send a cheque directly to our custodian

Submitting a Request

To make a large, one-time deposit, please:

1. Complete creating your OneVest account
2. Submit a request to the OneVest support team for review that includes:
   1. Whether you’d like to proceed with a wire transfer or cheque
   2. The account numbers that you wish to transfer from and to
   3. The total amount you would like to deposit

A OneVest support team member will be in touch shortly once you’ve submitted your request.

Note: You can transfer in funds using EFT IN or external account transfers. Both types of fund transfers have their own set of fees; so, please don’t hesitate to ask for clarification on what would be best for you when in touch with the OneVest support team.
