Sometimes, depending on your bank's current status or availability with our bank linking service, you may not be able to connect it to your account. However, there are alternatives available for linking your bank account.
How can I manually link a bank account?
Currently, this feature is only available on our web app.
Whether you have already linked an account or not, you can add a new one by navigating to:
- The "Invest" button, which will open a window where you can specify the source of your investment.
- Choose "Bank account" and select the "From" field
- In the resulting drop-down, select "Add bank account"
- Doing so will open the linking prompt, at the bottom of which, you'll find "Add bank account manually", click on this option.
What information do I need?
On the following screen, you will be provided with instructions on what fields you'll need from your void cheque, in order to manually add your account.
In addition to the information from the cheque, you'll need to upload a PDF or scanned copy of the void cheque for review.
If you don't have this information available, you can always select the "I want to add an account automatically" option at the bottom of this screen.
